We don't have a bar or restaurant but with your own mini-kitchen, a vending machine at high street prices rather than mini bars, HDTVs with free internet, music and games and exclusive discounts or delivery of meals from local restaurants with no hotel mark-up, 24/7 service and security, you won't find a better boutique hotel anywhere - it really is 'smart luxury'.
Unlike many hotels, there are no supplementary charges for the additional guests, as our rates are per room not per person. We also offer baby cots at no extra charge.

The Liverpool hotel is situated in a historic 1850's building that has recently undergone extensive renovation, retaining many original features, such as exposed brickwork and iron work as well as massive wooden timber trusses believed to have been recovered from 18th century ships. Liverpool architects Austin-Smith Lord and exclusive French designer Clarissa Nadler have created a unique fusion of restoration with contemporary design, blending perfectly the history and industrial heritage of this iconic 1850's building to create fabulous and highly individual rooms, whilst still offering all the modern amenities and facilities needed to meet the requirements of today's discerning business and leisure traveller:
Due to the significance of the restoration of this historic building within the "RopeWalks" urban village, the project was awarded a grant by Liverpool City Council, the Heritage Lottery Fund, the North West Development Agency, City Focus and English Heritage. The RopeWalks is situated between the commercial/retail centre of Liverpool and the Universities, theatres and entertainment areas, on the edge of the UNESCO World Heritage site.
