The Concept

base2stay Kensington is the original luxury limited service hotel which means it offers a 4* hotel environment for its guests at an affordable price.

Since opening in early 2006, the base2stay ethos - "the bill you pay at check-out is what you thought you'd pay when you checked in" - has appealed to design conscious, independent, value-oriented guests, looking for a hotel where they can stay within budget without having to compromise on style and comfort.
